A university ex tariff is insurance rates, which the sex of the insurant not when tariff criterion uses, although it affects the risk evaluation. With a university ex tariff received with otherwise same conditions of men and women for the same contribution same achievements.

Reason for it is the higher risk of the insurer, which is due to pregnancies particularly by the longer life span by women and its more frequent physician attendance, in addition. Did not become generally accepted such regulations however yet.

The failed draft of the anti-discrimination law planned that the data and the computation would have to be openly put, if the sex were a determining factor during the risk evaluation in health insurance tariffs.
