ICC differentiate between three insurance clauses:

• ICC A: offers the highest insurance protection (universe Risk)
• ICC B: covering offers for risks expressly specified (Named Peril principle)
• ICC C offers a minimum insurance protection against damage events expressly specified (Named Peril principle)
