The law over the supply of the victims of the war (also Federal Law on Pensions to War Victims) regulates the national supply of war victims in Germany.

The Federal Law on Pensions to War Victims came into force on 1 October 1950 and replaced the war damage achievement law; in the area specified in article 3 of the agreement contract it found from 1 January 1991 application on the regulations of the Federal Law on Pensions to War Victims (Federal Constitutional Court) on refers several other laws, e.g. the soldiers benefits law (for German Federal Armed Forces soldiers), the ZDG (for civil service-carrying out) and also the law over the remuneration of the victims of acts of violence (OEG).

Requirement up and range of the achievements

Who suffered a health damage by a military or military-similar function or by an accident during the practice of the military or military-similar service or by this service peculiar conditions, a supply receives because of the health and economic consequences of the damage on request. The supply covers welfare treatment, injuring body exercises and patient treatment, achievements of the war victim welfare service, damage pension and care extra pay, the funeral money and death benefit, survivor's pension as well as funeral money with the death of survivors.
